This website, frzex.com, is operated by Weorex Private Limited("Weorex", "we", "us"), a company registered in India and based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Frzex is Weorex's brand for dehydrated and freeze-dried food ingredients.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our export business:

• Enquiries and quotes: name, email address, phone number, company name, country, the products, quantities and specifications you ask about, and your message.
• Customer account: name, email address and a password (stored only in hashed form, never in plain text).
• Samples and orders: delivery and billing details, company and contact details, product requirements, shipping preferences and documents linked to your order (for example invoices, packing lists and certificates).
• Messages and files: messages you send through the order chat or live chat, and files or images you upload.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe, and a one-time code to confirm it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar usage data, collected through cookies and server logs (see section 7).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as health or financial account details) through this website. Please do not send us payment card details by email or chat.

We are based in India and serve buyers worldwide, so your data may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers or logistics partners operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected when it is transferred.

• Essential cookies that keep you signed in to your account and protect forms against misuse. The website does not work properly without them.
• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, which tell us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. This information is aggregated and helps us improve the website.
