frzex.com is operated by Weorex Private Limited("Weorex", "we", "us"), a company registered in India and based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Frzex is Weorex's brand for dehydrated and freeze-dried food ingredients.

By using this website or placing an enquiry or order with us, you agree to these terms. If a signed contract, proforma invoice or order confirmation for a specific order says something different, that document applies to that order.

Our products and services are offered to businesses such as importers, distributors, food manufacturers and brands. By placing an enquiry or order you confirm that you act for a business and are authorised to do so.

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users' accounts;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or send spam through our forms or chat; or
• copy or scrape content from the website in bulk without our permission.

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, photos and packaging details on this website accurate, but they are for general information only. Natural products vary by crop, season and lot, and photos may be illustrative.

The binding specification for an order (for example cut size, mesh, moisture, packaging and origin) is the one agreed in writing in the quotation, proforma invoice or contract. Country of origin is declared for each lot.

• Prices are quoted per order. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it.
• An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing, usually with a proforma invoice or sales contract.
• Product, specification, quantity, packaging, price, Incoterms, delivery time and payment terms are as stated in that written confirmation.
• Changes or cancellations after confirmation must be agreed in writing and may incur costs already incurred by us.

Samples are provided to help you evaluate a product. Sample charges and courier costs, where applicable, are confirmed when you request them. A sample represents the product type and quality range; bulk lots are supplied to the specification agreed in writing.

Payment terms (for example advance payment by bank transfer or a letter of credit) are stated in the proforma invoice or contract. Bank charges on the buyer's side are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise. We may hold production or shipment until the agreed payment is received. Always confirm our bank details directly with us before making a payment, and never pay into an account sent only by email without verifying it by phone.

Shipping terms follow the Incoterms (for example FOB, CFR or CIF) agreed for the order. Risk and responsibility pass to the buyer as set out in those Incoterms.

Delivery and transit times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, ports, customs, weather or other events outside our control.

The buyer is responsible for import licences, registrations, duties, taxes and compliance with the food rules of the destination country, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We will provide the export documents agreed for the order and reasonable help with the information your customs broker needs.

You may arrange inspection before shipment through an independent agency of your choice, at your cost unless agreed otherwise.

Please inspect goods promptly on arrival. Any claim about quality, quantity or damage must be made in writing within the period agreed for the order (or, if none is agreed, within 15 days of arrival at the destination port), with photos, lot numbers and, where relevant, a report from an independent laboratory or surveyor. We will review every claim in good faith.

Shelf life depends on proper storage. Products should be kept sealed in cool, dry conditions as advised on the packaging or product specification. We are not responsible for quality changes caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, business or goodwill.

This website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, crop failure, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, port closures or shipping disruption. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

The Frzex name and logo, and the text, photos and design of this website belong to Weorex Private Limited or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent. Private-label designs supplied by a buyer remain the buyer's property, and the buyer confirms it has the right to use them.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a contract for a specific order says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the "Last updated" date shown above. Orders already confirmed remain under the terms agreed for them.
